Kisha-Gay Johnson
Founder & Principal Consultant
Dynamic, versatile, and results-driven, Kisha-Gay Johnson is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Application 7 LLC — a professional support firm dedicated to helping organizations and entrepreneurs streamline operations, strengthen systems, and achieve clarity in their workflows.
With over a decade of leadership and operational experience across healthcare, SaaS, administrative services, and property management, Kisha-Gay has developed a reputation for delivering structure, efficiency, and excellence. Her expertise spans revenue cycle management, business office oversight, property operations, and fractional leadership — with a proven ability to manage complex workflows and drive measurable results.
A graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Broward College, Kisha-Gay is a Certified ScrumMaster, a Certified Assisted Living Manager for the State of Maryland, and a commissioned Maryland Notary Public. She brings over seven years of experience managing the revenue accounting and cycle process for 44+ assisted living communities, as well as launching and managing home health agencies across Florida, Puerto Rico, and Maryland.
Nicole Hoyte
Senior Accounting & Business Operations Consultant
Nicole Hoyte is an accomplished accounting and operations professional with deep expertise in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, payroll administration, reconciliations, AR/AP management, and budget analysis. Known for her precision, integrity, and hands-on approach, she has supported organizations across both public and private sectors.
Throughout her career Nicole has successfully overseen complex financial operations and provided accounting and consulting services to organizations including the City of Mount Rainier, GOG Foundation, and Ainet Corporation. She is highly proficient in QuickBooks, PeopleSoft, Financial Edge, Intacct, Multiview, ADP Payroll, and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
A graduate of Ashford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting, Nicole embodies the values of Application 7 LLC — delivering clarity, accuracy, and trusted support to every client partnership.
